What should an ongoing committee do?

Should there be a meeting for online instructors at semester start (as we do with department/divisions)?

Can we find mentors for new online instructors?

Can we create an Online Instructor Packet (additional materials not included with CE6 tech training): intro to online pedagogy; sample course shells; sample assignments (web quests, discussions, modules, etc)
